EVENT SERVICES
Event Planning & Design
This option is ideal for clients requiring an event professional to curate all operational, logistical, and design aspects of their event. Services may include, but are not limited to:
- establishing a budget;
- assisting with the development of invitation, branding, graphics, and signage;
- site visits;
- venue, vendor, and design recommendations;
- floor plan and timeline development and distribution to vendors;
- event day management and serving as the primary point of contact for vendors and guests;
- and distribution of gratuities.
Our team will be present for the duration of your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Minimum Investment: $6,000.00
Non-Refundable Retainer: $1,500.00
Event Design
This option is ideal for clients seeking to refine the aesthetic details of their event with minimal planning.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
- assisting with the development of a cohesive design plan, timeline, and floor plan;
- vendor recommendations;
- and event day styling (tablescape, focal point, etc.).
Our team will depart after setup is complete and return for breakdown.
Minimum Investment: $3,000.00
Non Refundable Retainer: $750.00
Event Concierge
This option is ideal for our Corporate Partners, Event Planners, and Clients that require so form of event assistance. As your trusted partner, we are flexible and can assist with planning aspects of an event, refining aesthetic details of an event, or event day support.
Minimum Investment: $1,000.00
