The Ordering Process:

  1. Review our pricing guides and choose your decor.
  2. Complete the questionnaire.
  3. We will contact you by phone or email within 72 hours to confirm availability, pricing, and finalize your order.
  4. An invoice will be sent via email. Review and pay the retainer to secure your date and service.
  5. We deliver and install on the day of your event.

Standard Balloon Decor Fees

  • Service Minimum. $550
  • Retainer. 25% of total costs
  • Outdoor Fee.  Applied to outdoor installations for rigging, anchoring, and balloon care. Starting Rate: $75
  • Rush Fee. Applied to reservations made within ten days of the event. Full payment is required at booking. Starting Rate: $100
  • Out of Hours Fee. Applied to installations and/or breakdowns requested between the hours of 10pm and 8am. Starting Rate: $75
  • Delivery, Setup, & Breakdown Fee. Applied based on distance, volume, and scope of the requested service. Starting Rates:
    • Under 30 minutes: $150
    • 31-60 minutes: $200
    • 61-90 minutes: $250
